We are assisting a leading semi-government entity in Dubai in their search for a UAE National to join their professional HR team working as their Learning and Development Manager.
The main purpose of this role will be to support the development of, and manage the implementation of, talent management and development strategies. As well as developing strategic plans to develop and to retain top Emirati talent to the organisation through effective Learning & Development initiatives.
المهارات
To be successful in this role you must be a UAE National with the Family Book possessing the below:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development from an accredited institution
CIPD or other Professional HR Certification
5 – 7 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years in the area of Learning and Development
Experience within; Talent Identification, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Competency Management, Career Mapping and Planning, Coaching and Feedback Delivery.
