PURPOSE OF POST
To find/appoint distributors in International market for Lubricants division for non-African markets
To be accountable for the volume growth for lubes export business in Non- African markets
To meet and exceed the annual plan for export business
To work with the Parts team/ Cars team to follow up on their existing customers for lubricants, wherever opportunity exists
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To work with General Manager- Spare Parts & Lubricants in finalising the export business sales and marketing plan
To find distributors in various non-African countries and deal directly with them
Negotiate with Principals to obtain price support for the appointed Distributor in the concerned market
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
To coordinate with the support services (Finance, HR, IT, Logistics) as and when necessary to establish the new business.
To coordinate with the marketing manager as and when necessary to establish the new business.
Scout for opportunities of Spare Parts business with the appointed distributors of each country
المهارات
1. Must be Graduate/Post-Graduate in the Science Stream.
2. Must have at least 2 - 5 years Sales and Marketing experience of Lubricants /Spare Parts/ TBL (Tires, Battery, Lubes) in the region.
3. Minimum of 2 years in the area of business development is a must.
4. Experience in Distributor appointment internationally is a must
5. Ideal candidate will be one who has experience in appointing distributors in Aftermarket field (Tyres/Batteries/Lubricants) across various parts of the world
