· As the only Marketing Exec for the Zero Latency Brand you will be responsible for leading the Marketing of the business.
· Your purpose is to drive incremental sales into each and every Zero Latency Venues across the region
· You will have a strong focus on Digital marketing, however own all Marketing activities (including PR, Website, and offline marketing).
· You will manage brand-related campaigns, briefs and content.
· You will Support the venue operational teams with local requests (eg. Flyers, Posters and other tactical requirements), as well as supporting or managing events for the venues (in and out of venue).
Marketing & Brand Management
· To develop strategy & implement marketing campaigns for both the central marketing team and venue specific teams
· Responsible for developing campaign/content briefs and managing the creative process with the content team
· Manage, monitor and track all ongoing projects while ensuring high visibility and buy-in at all levels in the company
· Delivery of post-campaign reports that highlight results, learnings and next steps
Establish a strong and clear sense of brand integrity at every touchpoint with the key audience groups
Customers: Young Adults / Professionals (25 y.o to 35 y.o)

Relevant media and external stakeholders
To support local venue teams with local events and activations (marketing collateral + event execution), delivery of venue branding, and other assets
Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are committed to engaging consumers and driving traffic to venues while maintaining brand consistency
Oversee the design of all brand collateral and production, and ensure the relevant approval processes are followed
Develop relevant sales tools and materials (eg. Sales toolkit) with the Operations & Sales Exec to drive the business across all segments
Market research to help inform the future of ZERO LATENCY marketing and initiatives, such as exploring new concepts, competitor activities and new ways of working
Develop standard operating procedures to manage multiple initiatives and improve the way the teams and Central-Venue collaborate
Develop monthly Marketing Reports factoring in the specific marketing performance KPIs, as well as other strategy and budget reporting as required
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Leadership of digital strategy and execution
Lead on Digital Marketing Agency communications to ensure deadlines are met and KPI’s are hit
Drive social media engagement with a thorough content strategy
Management of the database and CRM strategy for all venues and ensure constant growth of database and optimal utilization of the existing customer base for internal retargeting strategies
Develop strategy and manage the day to day Community Management on all channels: Facebook, Instagram, Google my Business, Trip Advisor. In both English and Arabic
Ensure website is relevant, engaging and updated regularly
Develop EDM campaigns in coordination with the Central Digital Team
PR & Media Relations
Target high profile media, radio shows, bloggers & influencers etc. to build relationships in order to achieve ongoing coverage relating to the Zero Latency brand and venues
Work closely with PR agencies for new launches, to develop PR strategy, draft press releases, invite and develop media relations
Partnerships & Ambassadors
To identify, develop and manage partnership collaborations with various brands to grow brand awareness and engagement, leveraging each other’s scope and audience reach. That can include co-branded events, marketing campaigns, tactical sales activities and others
Establish a strategy targeting key influencers and relevant brand ambassadors to target for joint initiatives
New Venue Launches
Successfully position and launch Zero Latency in the new markets;
Building anticipation online and offline to capture the hearts and minds of key opinion leaders within the primary audience groups, well before the first venue opens
Work on online launch strategy with Digital Media agency
Work on PR launch strategy with PR agency
Localising messaging to ensure relevance to local consumers, while maintaining absolute consistency with the brand and culture fundamentals
Establishing communications and promotional activity which builds hype around the spirit of the brand and offering, the unique customer service and the exciting employment opportunities
Marketing ‘IP’ Management & Storage
· Organize and maintain all marketing-related data and content on Google Drive
Your role may be involved in additional Brands, including the Bounce brand as and when the business requires it.
The successful candidate should have tertiary qualifications in Marketing with 5+ years marketing experience (both agency and client side) and 2 years in a management position leading a team and with accountability for strategy and budgeting. Arabic speaker is mandatory. Experience in the GCC is a big plus.
