1. Design, optimize, integrate, and deliver component/system designs from concept to production for the Chassis Structures system including frame, swing arm, side stand, rider/vehicle supports, foot controls, handlebars, and seats.
2. Knowledgeable in CAD models, large virtual assemblies and detailed drawings.
3. Own detailed project plans for requirement setting, part development and procurement, test planning and testing utilizing tools for assembly.
4. Leverage analytical methods and test data to help optimize systems and components for cost, weight and quality improvements.
5. Feed project and part knowledge into guidelines and specification development for overall depth of knowledge in related parts and processes.
6. Lead technical development and integration with domestic and international suppliers.
7. Work with cross-functional groups up, down, and across the organization to obtain results.
8. Near miss identified and closing activities
9. Identified and reject the incoming issues material
10. Reading and understanding the vehicle assembly manual sheet.
