Engineering Manager (O&M;)

Attractive expatriate salary
Overview:
• Large CCGT Power & RO Desalination Plant in the UAE.
• The Engineering Manager will be part of the Senior Management Team and will report to the Plant General Manager.
• The Engineering Manager will have a team of 6 Engineers reporting to them.
The Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the integrity of the gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG’s, boilers, generators, transformers and general plant on-site.
• Develop and implement a Quality Assurance program.’
• Management of the LTSA, EPC Contracts and other related contracts.
• Management and oversite of outages.
• Manage and oversee fault rectification and root cause analysis work.
المهارات
Candidate Criteria:
• Bachelors Engineering Degree
• 10+ years in power plant operations
• 5+ years experience in a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager position at a CCGT plant
• Recognized safety qualification, NEBOSH or equivalent
