الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose: To support the recruitment requisitions of the Group, source of prospective applicants, support with all the other activities involved in recruitment life cycle as may be assigned by HRM - Recruitment.
* Advertise the vacant posiitons on career website/portals as adviced by HR Manager
* Conduct pre screening interviews for available positions.
* Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
* Sourcing prospective candidates and arrange for phone, Skype and in person interview for concerned managers (as per Delegation of Authority - DOA)
المهارات
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR
* Emglish language skills (written ans spoken - mandatory)
* 3+ years of experience in managing recruitments for multiple industries(preferably the industries in Supermarket, Catering,Logistics and Automotive.
