Bachelor’s degree or related degree
At least 8 years experience
Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a high volume central kitchen is a must
Must have worked with at least 1 million AED per month raw produce
Able to oversee the production of all food, and quality/ safety etc.
Open to all nationalities in UAE now – male & female
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is up to 24k AED per month total package
