Job Description and Requirements Load raw material into the machine Set up the Machine and Job as per requirement to ensure proper working order. Start process as per the Shop Order or instruction from Supervisor Continuously inspect the process to maintain quality Record serial number in the process sheet or into the System Create and Maintain daily activity logs To ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedure is carried out Work with managers and supervisors to implement the Company’s policies, safety, quality policy and procedures and business objectives; Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat and tidy; Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required by the Machine Shop Supervisor / Production Manager. To know the company safety and environmental rules and regulations Higher secondary / Technical Certificate (2Years) / Diploma or Lack of formal qualification shall not deter recruitment of candidate to this category if they possess proven experience in their work. Two years related experience (Manual Lathe and Milling) and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience Able to Interpret engineering drawings Able to use wide variety of measuring instrument/equipment |
