We are looking for a creative Web Designer and Programmer who could understand the concepts of events to creatively design collateral with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including animations, infographics, collaterals, websites etc. and you will cooperate with our production and marketing team. You will also be responsible for the IT related issues in the office, updating the company’s database and facilitating outbound communication with database. Provide system-level support, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. Identify alternatives for optimizing resources, gather integration requirement and provide solutions and implement them.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage project and/or execute development of web applications, utilizing programming languages (PHP MySQL, jQuery, JSON, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Perl, Bootstrap), and help conceptualizing and execute the software or technology-related aspects of the company as intelligence platform and brands.
• Develop mobile-web application to showcase each conference or event’s polling, agenda, networking, feedbacks, and exhibition map.
• Develop and maintain websites for each conference or event.
• Data visualization using Highcharts, Highmaps, Highcharts 3D.
• Create and send marketing newsletters, eDMs, press releases, and bulk emails using MailChimp.
• Manage and execute online ad campaigns, social media campaigns, and SEO to increase visibility and market reach.
• Track and analyze website traffic flow using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. - Manage and keep the company’s database up-to-date.
• Responsible for buying website domain and setting up cPanel account for conference or event’s website.
• Manage and maintain mail and web servers on Web Hosting Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
Skills:
• 2 - 3 years’ experience is required
• Available immediately
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must have Excellent designing, Creative visualization skills
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, My SQL, Wordpress
• Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator, and skilled at converting layered design files into HTML/CSS or Drupal themes
• Understanding of effective front-end development techniques and tools.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
• The individual needs to demonstrate from previous work experience an ability to take initiative and do things outside of constraints and deliver on their goals and objectives.
