الوصف الوظيفي Work with media agency to prepare annual and monthly media plans in line with overall marketing plan and budget Prepare briefs for creative agency to develop campaigns to launch products and roll out awareness and acquisition campaigns Evaluate creative/promotional concepts provided by the agency Manage creative/media/digital/social agencies for successful execution of campaigns Define and track campaign KPIs on a daily basis. Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ROI, customer lifetime value Optimize digital marketing funnel to continuously improve KPIs including CTR, website conversion rate, quality of leads, and conversion of leads Work with designers and web developers to design and develop landing pages Prepare customer communication and manage execution of Email/SMS marketing campaigns Implement web analytics tools and analyze traffic to generate insights Champion data-driven, test-and-learn approach towards development of creative assets, website user experience and customer acquisition. Define and implement continuous A/B and multivariate testing of creative assets and landing pages Track campaigns of key competitors, industry trends/best practices and share bi-monthly updates Work with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Product and Operations teams to implement improvements in the digital acquisition process المهارات Experience managing SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, Social and Email marketing campaigns for retail customers Experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive business results Experience in optimizing funnels and running A/B and multivariate tests Highly creative with a strong design-sense, written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic knowledge is a plus Analytical mind comfortable deriving insights using data to drive marketing decisions Working knowledge of Google Analytics is a must. Familiarity with other analytical and ad serving tools is preferred Comfortable working with web/app developers and Technology teams تفاصيل الوظيفة |
