Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world looking to hire a Technology Lead (CX) to join their team in Dubai. You will join one of the most reputable employers in the world with one of the most exciting product and technology team in the region.
As a Technology Lead (CX), you will:
- Be involved in all stages of product development cycle (design, implementation, testing and support) to deliver optimum customer user experience
- Oversee the integration and enhancement of user experience (UX) across multiple channels and digital offerings
- Collaborate with key internal team members in the planning and execution of digital product roadmaps
- Lead, mentor, and manage the UX/UI Designer team in delivering optimum user experience
- Monitor relevant operational costs and manage allocated financial budgets
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Marketing, Design or any relevant field
- Must have at least 7 years’ relevant experience in a retail business
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end digital product design and leading a UX design team
- Proficiency in Balsamiq, Azure, OmniGraffle, Adobe suite or related visual design software
- Extensive experience in an agile environment handling multiple projects
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Senior level written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic (an advantage)
