Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the biggest retailers in the Middle East, looking for looking for a Front-End Developer. You will be working in an agile, dynamic environment and will be responsible for multi-faceted software development, integration, and application builds including mobile application components.
As a Front-End Developer, you will:
- Develop and maintain mobile and web applications and portals
- Develop user-friendly, responsive, and mobile first features
- Align and work closely with stakeholders to understand front-end requirements of the product
- Work closely with UX/IU designers to align workflow and standards
- Ensure documentation of processes
- Provide recommendations for continuous enhancements
- Keep abreast with latest technologies
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a front-end developer in an agile environment
- Solid technical skills in: iOS and Android, React, HTML5, backend languages, modern languages, frameworks and ecosystems, NoSQL, pair programming, continuous integration
- A team player, with excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Very good English communication skills
- Arabic speaker (advantage)
