Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world, looking to hire a Product Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a huge opportunity for you to work in an energetic, dynamic and progressive environment.
As a Product Manager (Fulfillment), you will:
- Develop and execute effective fulfillment product strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with key internal team members and Product Owners to support product strategies
- Monitor and assess end-user /customer experience in each fulfillment process touchpoint
- Recommend improvements in product features and offerings
- Lead team in the implementation and adherence to fulfillment process standards
- Produce and monitor fulfillment process KPI reports
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field
- With least 7 years’ product management experience handling supply chain, fulfillment, or similar
- Strong experience in the e-commerce and retail industry
- Good understanding of end-to-end customer journey
- Strong analytical, business communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic an advantage
