· Developing customer relationships using effective sales techniques and the Company’s sales procedures
· Business development of sourcing and converting new trading accounts
· Maintain Customer Pricing updating and communicating and negotiating where needed
· Maintain appropriate level of product knowledge, including attendance at product training
· Responsible for the delivery of monthly / quarterly / annual Gross Profit budget,

· Business development of some of the most exciting markets in the World – targeting distributors and their networks - you research them and create the relationships
· Be the main point of contact for your accounts, developing and maintaining effective relationships with the customer at all levels, specifically with the relevant Category Buyer and cross-functionally.
· Commercial management of your accounts including, (but not limited to) forecasting, price negotiation, planning, full profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility of key accounts, budgeting, category management, marketing and logistics.
· Take responsibility for Sales Team input into key business projects
المهارات
· Previous experience as an Account Manager ideally within the Food industry or similar
· Proven track record in building sales figures and margins within a competitive and mature market
· Experience of B2B Sales
· Business related degree or equivalent
· Entrepreneurial and passionate about food
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Proven customer management skills
· Strong written and verbal communicator
· Strong track-record in FMCG sales within either the Grocery or Convenience Channels with a recognised FMCG organisation
· Previous experience working with the major retailers and or Manufacturing accounts
· Possess strong administration and analytical skills
· Highly commercial, confident, motivated and determined
