The purpose of the Assistant Manager – HR Ops role to support the HRBP team in all aspects of HR management. Main responsibilities for this role include: - Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems providing counseling on policies and procedures; - Implementing a seamless process with the onboarding team for new starter actions; - Assistance in the Performance Management process; - Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues; - Migrating employee records into the Event Management System; - Processing change requests (position, job description, pay award, job grade, department); - Ensuring business processes and policies are kept up to date and communicated; - Maintain the organization charts in conjunction with the manpower plan and transition plans.
المهارات
4+ years of experience as a HR officer, administrator or other HR position, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social studies or a relevant field;
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, resource management, HR systems, policy and reward etc.);
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
