The purpose of the role of the Manager – Volunteers Attraction is to design and implement the volunteer’s recruitment strategy and processes collaborating with the team to source, select, and hire qualified volunteers. Main responsibilities for this role include: - Lead and coordinate the Volunteers Attraction Strategy including recruitment schedules, on boarding and administration of the volunteers before and during Expo; - Create a project plan with an efficient breakdown of tasks and milestones to complete projects within timelines and budget; - Prepare and provide regular project status updates, and report red flags to the line manager when appropriate; - Define and update the project management processes, standards and governance, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date; - Support internal parties, including line managers and others in the planning and administration of the Volunteers program; - Using social media and other marketing channels to advertise positions, attract candidates; - Communicate with the volunteers and share with them updates related to Expo volunteering program and respond to their inquiries; - Lead the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports.
المهارات
6+ years of relevant experience, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
- Demonstrate planning and organization skills;
- Fluent in Business English;
- Significant experience in project management;
- Leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
