Hospitality, the Hotel Integration Manager will oversee the integration of the onsite hotel with Expo 2020 site operations. The Hotel Integration Manager will develop an operational strategy and work within set timeline deliverables to assimilate hotel guest operations into the Expo 2020 wider operational plans. The main responsibilites of the role include: - Coordinate and share the latest developments pertaining to the onsite hotel operations whilst working closely with Expo 2020 operational functional areas; - Facilitate strategic planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders to develop key operational plans as well as develop, create and submit policies and procedures related to hotel operations within the Expo site; - Review and update agreements based on scope changes with the commercial legal team and also review and evaluate operating procedures provided by the hotel operator and ensure integration with site wide policies; - Develop the cross functional relationships needed to ensure successful service delivery and integration of plans between Expo and the onsite Hotel provider; - Develop and enhance existing requirements for physical space planning, including allocations, space planning and handover for fit out by operator; - Contribute to the overall project completion of the Concessions team, monitor key risks and issues related to the hotel and regularly provide updates to Senior Manager - Hospitality; - Effectively manage relationships with internal key potential contacts including accreditation, logistics, transport and security to deliver an exceptional experience for Expo 2020 hotel guests; - Oversee the management of the Hotel operator through a close connection and effective team, measure results and report as needed; - Support the Hotel operator in submitting key documents to Expo throughout the planning journey, meeting timeline deliverables and reaching common milestones; - Support the overall Concessions team in developing creative and innovative solutions for Expo 2020 and leveraging the onsite Hotel to deliver above plan.
المهارات
6+ years of experience in specializing in hotel operations, as well as:
- A Bachelors degree within a relevant field;
- Prior experience with large scale events where multiple events/hospitality functions operate;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- A clear understanding of the importance of client service;
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
- Organized with excellent time management skills;
- Proven track record in managing contractors/external stakeholders to deliver a service/event/project;
- Team management, highly motivated and hardworking; willing to work as needed.
