Quest Search and Selection is working with a major family group business, who are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Scrum Master your responsibilities will include:
Lead design and code review meetingsCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersBuild efficient and effective front-end systemsGuide and mentor junior developersUse the various tools like photoshop, etc. to ensure a professional outlook for the UIBeing adept on the financial side like monitoring the budget and reviewing financial reports.
Desirable skills and background:
Bachelors or Masters in a related fieldMinimum 10 years within a managerial rolePreferably +5 years within the retail industryProficiency in full lifecycle implementation using Agile methodologiesStrong in organizing and conducting the Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos)Strong knowledge of CI, CD, TDDExpertise in planning monthly reviews and sessions with multiple scrum teams along with the required product stakeholdersWorking experience in Managing project scope, risks, issues and constraintsFluency in English with Arabic being a plus
