Duties related to COO:
Placing new water bottles and tissue box on COO’s desk first thing in the morning and making sure all is clean and neat on the desk and around area
Making and Serving hot drinks for COO’s guests
Making and Serving hot drinks for COO – approx. every 2hrs daily
When food is delivered, coffee boy opens the food packages and arrange it on the table for COO – twice daily
After COO finish his lunch/breakfast, coffee boy cleans the table and remove the food
General duties:
Placing new water bottles daily on the desks of all executives
Making sure canteen area and kitchen surface is clean and neat
All stock (coffee, cups, sugar, tea etc.) is arranged properly and replenished when needed
Making and serving hot drinks for all executives and all Masafi guests
المهارات
- Should know how to make coffee
- Fluency in English
