· Be the ultimate responsible personal and the most senior manager in a group of QSRs, Central Kitchen, and all operational aspects related to that.
· Have the ability to strategize for the growth of the F&B;brand, segmenting the market and deciding the type of service and offering that reaches the market
· Ability to manage marketing campaigns on all kind of channels to reach targeted market base.
· Manage the performance of restaurants on individual level (single restaurant) or grouped in Area or concept. Performance management include watching revenues, COGS, cost of employees and is measured looking at net profit
· Manage picking up new locations based on market study and market research, manage launching new locations, closing existing locations when business is down
· Must manage all third party relationships including delivery companies, aggregators, suppliers, land lords, etc
· Ability to manage a team of hundreds of people working in all aspects of the restaurant operations
· Demonstrate superior leadership skills
· Review current standards, adjust and enhance all standards to achieve best possible quality. Continue to manager and audit quality systematically
· Responsible for staff appraisal, motivations and standards.
· Accountable for coaching and training managers with appropriately skills and product knowledge to execute highest standard and growth.
· Help and train advance management skills and responsible for scheduling and rolling training programs for all restaurants.
· Supervise quality control and quantities for preparation to minimize wastage, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high of preparation and services.
· Comply with all health and safety regulation, staff training and development as required and keep records for health inspectors.
· Prepare, all kind of performance and financial reports for senior management reviews, and be responsible for the accurate and authenticity of all reports. This includes cash flow statements, profitability statement, sales analysis, cost analysis,
· Strong knowledge with Point of Sale Technology and how it can be harnessed to the best achievements and results
· Strong knowledge on Customer Relationship Programs, and data analysis of customer visits to design interactions programs related to that
· Ability to manage launching new products, eliminating items from menus, make such decisions based on cost/profit analysis, customer satisfaction statistics, and measure effect of such modifications
المهارات
· A certificate in Hospitality, Nutrition’s, FNB Management field, Chef or similar
· 10 years’ experience in the F&B;sector, out of which at least three years area management in the QSR business, Must have managed at least 100 employees and 5 service points
· Total revenues under management exceeded 5 Million USD in a year
· Technically strong, demonstrate strong knowledge in Point of Sales, Order Management Systems, and Marketing platforms
· Being a Chef is a plus, but if not, the candidate must have passion for food and must be able to work comfortably with chefs to design new products
