Your Role: A business partner who has made an impact in a growing organziation. You would juggle between strategy and execution. Responsible for delivering functional people programs and initiatives to build a High Performance Organization, Provide guidance and leadership to the business on interpreting and delivering people aspects of functional programs. Operationalize strategic HR initiatives/programs and execute usually at multiple sites. Implements effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructuring. Leads key HR processes in support of talent agenda: talent review and succession planning, career management and development. This is a true Business Partnering role and an ideal opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced environment which will give you ownership and exposure.
المهارات
8+ years of work experience , fluency in English and Arabic. Ladies preferred for the roles. Ability to present a coherent vision for culture and people operations, and communicate this to all levels of the organization, therefore, outstanding communication skills are crucial. You will have outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills and a good understanding of the challenges presented by working within a high growth company. Experience in consumer goods / food production with exposure to manufacturing would be a major plus.
