Collaborate with different departments to analyse training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules
Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
Deliver training to all interested parties up to company standards
Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards
Trade test new employees up to the required standards
Record and communicate training results with concerned departments
Coach junior instructor for best practice
Mentor Trainees where requested
Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of sections activity is carried out in an efficient and procedural compliant manner
