Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading signage company based in UAE. Our client is looking to hire an “Accounts Manager” for their office based in Dubai, UAE.
The Account Manager will be into project management and should have the ability to handle multiple projects at a given time.
Managing the entire projects with clients from initial discussion, written brief, and design, through production, Delivery & implementation.
Responsible for all Sales Debt collections, negotiating favorable payment terms.
Responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development.
Achieve Sales Target/objectives through effective coordination with all external stakeholders including and not limited to client, client representatives, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, estimation, design, production, installation and finance.
Ensure customer satisfaction leading to revenue generation while adhering to the code of conduct.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to inspire clients.
Interaction with the vendors to organize and manage outsourced activities.
Overseeing design aspect of projects for timely submission to all stakeholders.
Able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings in line with brand guidelines.
Timely submission of invoices, follow-up & collection of payment within the approved credit period with the client.
Maintain proper documentation and submit descriptive and detailed quotations to the client.
Attend and manage major installations.

· Achieve the given sales target quarterly & yearly.
Provide proper briefs to internal stakeholders like estimation, design & production teams. Internal stakeholder feedback is equally important. 360 feedback has to be positive and coordination of project information should be accurate and complete.
Able to convince or create bonds with existing client to have repeat business.
Successful and timely delivery &/or installation of materials within the timeframe by ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications & contract requirements.
Submitting invoices on time (Based on contract/ PO milestones).
