Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for Quality Assurance Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Responsible for Pre-Qualification and Registration of the Materials/Services Suppliers. Responsible for monitoring the Supplier Performance on period basis as defined in the Procedure and ensures that corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Responsible for preparation of the Department reports and ensure that the corrective actions are implemented. Monitor the variance observed in receiving inspection and prepares reports and ensures that the corrective actions are implemented. Resolve any quality related issues in the department by coordinating with the relevant internal and external agencies. Assist in the development, monitoring and reporting of Management Development Programs. Responsible for conducting the Supplier’s audit as defined in the Procedure. Assist department personnel to complete the NCIRs and implementation of Corrective and preventive action identified. Assist to improve procurement process efficiency by standardization of orocesses.
المهارات
Sound knowledge of technical terminology, particularly that used in a marine environment. Familiar with material standards / certification and Quality System. Working knowledge of international trade & shipping terms. Possess knowledge of MS Office applications. Diploma in Engineering / Technical discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field
