Ensure smooth post recruitment on boarding process is carried out for the new recruits on the first day of joining.
To review and update the on boarding process and new comer induction program to align with the current trends and best practices in the market.
To carry out and facilitate the new comer induction and yard induction program in line with the company policies.
To collaborate with HR department to obtain information about the new recruits, to ensure the on-boarding process is carried out effectively.
To collaborate with the DDW departments to compile and incorporate the updated yard information into the induction program on a regular basis.
To accompany the new recruits to various places within the company premises to be introduced to Top management officials and key positions related to the new recruits.
To maintain records of the new comer induction programs carried out for new recruits.
To facilitate the familiarization of the yard and the surrounding environment for new recruits.
To be the focal point of contact in the Training department for any services rendered for new recruits.
To manage and monitor the performance management and assessment system implemented in the company.
To identify best practices of performance management and assessment in the current market.
To educate the company staff on Founder’s principles and spread awareness through various mediums regarding the Performance management and assessment system implemented in the company and its requirements.
To be the focal point to assist with any queries related to the Performance management and assessment system in the company.
To ensure compliance of all employees to the requirements set by the Performance Management and Assessment system.
To provide assistance to systems users on resolving technical issues.
To carry out reviews, discussions and provide feedback on performance objectives set by the employees.
To extract, compile, analyze and present Performance Management statistics to the management on a predefined intervals.
To broadcast the predetermined timelines across the company to complete the objective setting, mid-year and final year performance reviews.
Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Education preferably adult education, instructional design, training, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of training / Adult teaching experience in Marine, Oil & Gas and Offshore industry.
Train the Trainer Certificate from a recognized body / CIPD in Learning and Development / SHRM
Methodological and academic searching skills: benchmarking and probing for best practices and learning enhancement
Curriculum Design, Development& Improvement: using advanced technology/ Office Applications
Differentiation of Instruction and Adult Learning; demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills
Identification of Training Needs: Analyzing and bridging in competency gaps
