A SAP Pricing Coordinator for our Fragrances Pricing team for the SAMEA region and based in our Dubai office - Your future position? Got a knack for delivering great attention to detail? Our Fragrances Pricing team for the SAMEA region (South Asia, Middle East, and Africa), are currently looking for a ‘Temp SAP Pricing Coordinator’ to support the team on an interim basis for an internal change project underway. This is a fixed-term contract role for the first 3 months working 5 days a week and 6-8 hours daily. There is scope for the contract to be extended later on for another 2 to 3 months, depending on our project needs. You will be based in our Media City office in Dubai, and will closely with our Regional Business Controller & Pricing Head and the Senior Pricing Analyst to support the project. • Ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and accurate entry of Fragrance ingredients prices by product and customer into the SAP system for South Asia Middle East Africa region (SAMEA).
• Working closely with the sales and customer care teams in different countries (Switzerland, UK, South Arica, GCC, and India) to identify and analyse discrepancy between SAP prices & order prices and resolve pricing issues in a timely and proper manner.
• Mass data management and working under multiple currencies.
• Ensure that a consistent pricing principle is followed in the SAP system and be responsible for SAP pricing process development and improvement. Ensure the price entry is aligned with SAP logic and is audit compliant
• Regular Pricing Report development and optimisation

Your professional profile includes: • University graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in pricing/financial analysis, accounting, sales coordination, customer care.
• Already residing in UAE and able to join immediately or within the next 1-2 weeks
• Should preferably be on a University/Spouse/Parent’s UAE Residence visa sponsorship
• Familiar with mass data management and administrative duties
• Strong oral and written proficiency in the English language
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to give attention to details
• High organisation and time management skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
