Role & Responsibilities -
1. Install and configure computer systems, printers, telephones
2. No Dues backup & return asset to store
3. New Joiners Desktop/Laptop issuing
4. ARF / PC Checklist submission
5. Troubleshoot system, app and network problems, diagnose and solve, replace parts as required
6. Ensure all issues reported by users are logged in system as Tickets
7. Prioritize and manage several open tickets at one time
8. Provide workaround until issue is resolved
9. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of App / Infra Team
10. Proper routing of cables / tagging in the assigned floors
11. Meeting room management / support
12. Monthly update of AV, Patches & Websense on machines which are not updated automatically
13. Preventive Maintenance of Desktops / Laptops
14. Asset Inventory
15. In-store assets arrangement
16. Saturday’s In-house Support
17. Non-working hours Remote support through mobile
18. Close 90% of Tickets assigned on the same day
المهارات
Qualifications –
BE/ BS in Computer Engineering from a reputed university with minimum 4 years experience.
