1. Orders all purchases as per the set purchasing procedure.
2. Assists in reviewing quotations.
3. Verifies supplier’s invoices for accuracy and ensures payments are made by the agreed time period.
4. Issues purchase orders in accordance with company procedure.
5. Maintains accurately up-to-date records on all purchases in soft and hard copies if needed.
6. Ensures that the storekeeper maintains an effective control over set par stock level.
7. Follows up on export formalities, clients shipments.
8. Prepares documents for shipments for the Chamber of Commerce.
9. Undertakes any other reasonable task requested by the Management
المهارات
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
· At least 2 years’ experience in a procurement role or administrative job.
· Knowledge in purchasing, financial accounting, or business administration.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
· Effective communications and writing skills.
· Ability to work effectively and efficiently with the individual purchasers to ensure that all procurement matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads in accordance with corporate goals and objectives.
· Ability to work in a self-sufficient manner following appropriate input and support from senior colleagues in the team.
· Knowledge of PC (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Accounting Software).
