Medical Facility Architect

We seek a self-motivated, creative, and innovative individual looking for a job with expanding responsibility and growth potential. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in medical facilities design, medical facility planning, equipment layout and/or work flow analysis.

Main responsibilities include:

 Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
Translating concepts and information into images.
 Selection, coordination and layout of medical facilities and furnitures as a part of assisting architects and engineers in the design of the hospital facilities.
 Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, modifying specifications and construction document development.
 Construction field investigations and shop drawing review Most desirable candidates will possess.
 Strong organizational and time management skills in order to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
 Robust interpersonal skills and professional demeanor appropriate for interacting with clients, other design professionals and colleagues, often in multiple time zones.
 Ability to use Revit (2011 or newer) and AutoCAD Highly Desired Skills / Experience.
 Hand drawing skills for site plans and conceptual building plans.
 Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Revit a plus.
 Command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
