POSITION: Butchery Supervisor
SALARY: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Leading Supermarket Group
LOCATION: United Arab Emirates
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Arabic nationality, preferably Lebanese and Jordanian
Male, 45 years old and below
Open to candidates outside UAE who are willing to travel to UAE for a technical demonstration
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the butchery section of a FnB/hotel/FMCG/supermarket set-up
Team player and flexible to be assigned in any branches within UAE
Strong communication skills, Arabic is a plus
Extensive presentation skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Implement quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets.
Responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section
Control orders and follow up on deliveries
Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance
