Supervising the design, development and implementation of policies and frameworks for the governance of smart health applications (electronic) in the Emirate of Dubai in accordance with federal and local policies and follow-up implementation and update them in accordance with legislative requirements.
Implement the approved guide for the coding of clinical health data and information in the Emirate of Dubai according to the International Classification of Diseases ( ICD ) to ensure the legitimacy of data exchange and storage.
Monitor the implementation of health information coding across healthcare facilities and ensure compliance in coordination with federal agencies and specialized international organizations.
Define frameworks, policies and procedures for the classification and dissemination of health data and information in coordination with the Dubai Smart Office and health sector partners in the Emirate.
Contribute to the design, development and updating of policies necessary to maintain the confidentiality of health information and the privacy of patients through Dubai Healthcare facilities.
Establishing the necessary mechanism to monitor the implementation of policies related to the confidentiality of health information and the privacy of patients through Dubai Healthcare facilities and provide a service to receive complaints and violations of patient privacy and reporting to the concerned party.
Prepare and submit periodic management performance reports in accordance with the annual plan of the department / organizational unit and take corrective and preventive actions based on management advice.
Supervise the preparation of survey questionnaires and participate in meetings with health care providers and patients to obtain ideas that contribute to the development and improvement of health data governance in various fields.
Conduct field visits to healthcare facilities in the Emirate of Dubai to ensure compliance in accordance with specific health data governance policies and frameworks.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration or related.
MBA or Health Information is preferred.
2 - 3 years in the supervisory field.
