- Participate in the formulation of goals and operational plans of Dubai Hospital.
- Support the CEO of the hospital in the formulation of the operational plans,prepare the annual report,data analysis,risk analysis and possible improvement .
-regular follow up of the KPIs,goals and operational plans of the departments.
-Attending all meetings related to strategy and institutional development.
- Any other task assigned by the CEO.
