Advising senior management of corporate and private equity clients on strategic issues in connection with their acquisition, divestiture and investment decisions.
Core M&A;services include:
Corporate Finance - Advising clients on issues ranging from competitive bench marking and strategic positioning to market-entry / exit strategies
Financial Due Diligence - Assisting clients on M&A;issues ranging from inorganic growth strategy to strategic acquisition screening
Valuation and Modelling- Preparation of business models including developing assumptions and valuation based on agreed methodology

The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job
Ability to execute projects and develop quality client deliverable’s with capability to execute the assigned work with minimal involvement of senior team. This will include:
Supervision and coordination for data collection and tracking Information Requirement Lists (IRLs)
Guiding the team to perform effective procedures in order to meet expectations set out in the Engagement letter]
Reviewing field work and preliminary discussion on issues / observations
Managing upward reviews and client delivery
Day to day team strategy and planning
Client relationship management
The candidate will help clients to:
Financial Due Diligence (FDD) including review of Business Plan in the context of analysis of anticipated market conditions and industry/competitor dynamics.
Identify key sector dynamics
Evaluate emerging product-market opportunities (understanding and entering new markets or geographies)
Formulate and implement corporate/divisional/business-unit strategies
Identify and evaluate appropriate M&A;/alliance opportunities and targets including
preparation of transaction documents such as Information Memorandum, Term Sheet etc.
Turn-around failing companies or divisions
Reposition the company after a period of change
