1. Equipment installation/de-installation in production environment as per guidance from Level 2 Technical Team;
2. Within assigned zones technical assistance and troubleshooting of Cisco’s active and passive infrastructure;
3. Patch cords implementation, labeling, dressing;
4. Removal of any passive/active equipment and patch cords;
5. Testing of media and connectivity;
6. Visual verification for remote troubleshooting;
7. Provide Cisco network related technical assistance;
Maintain activity log and report back the results;
المهارات
1. CCNA Certified
2. Should be willing to work in 24x7 support environment – Shift basis.
3. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
4. Must have 5-8 years of experience managing similar large-scale Cisco infrastructure base environment
5. English Speaking. Plus Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
Based at client site location – Dubai; Jebal Ali Region
