The ideal candidate must be more than 5 years experienced in UAE with hands-on knowledge of methodologies & Execution works for Interior Fit Outs. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who can lead a team of 2-3 Site Engineers under him. Responsibilities: • Thorough with technical know how’s & execution methodologies for all types of Interior Fit-Outs and MEP. • Prepare, Control & Monitor project timeline. • Day to day project correspondence including design, project management & execution. • Monitor project deliverables and generate weekly reports towards cost & time. • He/She should be able to foresee risks and revert with mitigation solutions. • He/She should be able to deliver quality finishing in agreed cost and time. • Should have a good vendor base in terms of urgent and important works. • Flexible and Adaptable to respective project situations. • Should be able to handle pressure timelines. • Should be able to generate BOQ’s, Cash Flow Statements & Related Documentations.
المهارات
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, Primavera shall be an added advantage. • Strong business acumen in project planning and management. • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
