1. Provide consultation to health care professionals on clinical audit process including quality improvement
2. Plan and conduct educational sessions on clinical audit, medical complaint and Mortality and Morbidity
3. Develop , update and implement policies and procedures that guide and support clinical l governance and provid recommunication on clinical governance activates
4. Design and update clinical audit methodology, data analysis and receive feedback
5. Review and evaluate medical complaints process and clinical audit systems to ensure effectiveness
6. Ensure proper documentation and recording of complaint activities and investigation outcomes and prepare
reports and statistics
7. Review and follow up appeals through appeal committee.
8. Review ,analyses and update death notification reporting system.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor or Higher Diploma in Health care , or in any health care field
