We are working with one of Middle East’s leading technology companies as they look for a brilliant Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. Your role will focus on growing the business in the regions of Middle East and Africa.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Be in charge of formulating business growth/expansion strategies
- Region mapping for new business and potential clients
- Execute end-to-end business development and sales management strategies
- Act as a brand ambassador and lead client presentations and demos
- Recommend sales solutions and improvements to current sales processes
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and best practices
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ experience in an Enterprise SaaS sales role
- Having background and strong network in the insurance industry or with financial institutions is essential
- Out-of-the-box thinker and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
