Job Purpose: Reporting directly to the HR Director, the SuccessFactors HR Programme Manager will oversee the implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors HCM solutions across our global territory. The SuccessFactors HR Programme Manager is responsible for the delivery of the large global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation project. This involves deconstructing our key business problems and creating innovative and differentiated solutions that will help us to optimise our systems. Key focus areas of the role include the successful delivery of key milestones, daily management of project tasks, management of all project risks and issues, providing weekly status report and liaising with third party business partners. The role will require close interaction with colleagues from HR, IT and the wider global business as well as our external partners. Due to the complexity of the work, the chosen candidate will be a master in delivering large technical projects or programmes and will also have extensive knowledge of implementing SuccessFactors across multiple regions. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00 pm. It is essential for the candidate to be flexible as communication outside of work hours (some nights and weekends) may be required as the internal users are based in various locations around the world. The role may also require occasional travel. Key Accountabilities: Programme Management
Support process improvement efforts and lead, build and establish project governance models
Work with technical subject matter experts and other staff to gain understanding of project requirements, build and track progress against the project schedule, and mitigate risk
Communicate project status, issues and risks to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers
Work with technical and non-technical teams, including Customer Support, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering teams, and QA teams for efficient and effective resolution of project issues and escalations
Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organisational process improvement
Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
Facilitate adoption and system related changes
Participate in the overall planning, implementation and maintenance of technical solutions aligned with people standards
Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organisation
Validate change request, develop, testing and implementation of the necessary system modifications
Project manage the implementation of identified solution with external vendors
Perform the post implementation analysis on the efficiency of implemented solution
Facilitate development of user procedures, guides, manuals and instructional tools for training end users
Configure system setups as per the business needs and requirements
Communicate system changes, upgrades, and general information to end-users
Manage system optimisation and maintenance
Monitor module interfaces of HRMS or ERP in collaboration with internal and external systems
Manage the super admin access for SAP Employee Central for the organisation
Build and maintain end-user matrix to provide appropriate system access
Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches or reports on any data discrepancies
Maintain system workflows and business process approval chains
Provide technical and functional support for HR system applications
Provide one stop service on changes, usability issues, and system upgrades or problems
Raise tickets with IT support team or product team, follow up and monitor tickets on the resolution
Maintain and enhance end-user documentation
Facilitate training session on features, product upgrades to user groups
Develop and maintain testing plans and scenarios and ensure successful testing completion with user groups
Report and Compliance for the Group
Assist employee services team on data review and audit queries
Assess internal and external audit requirements and take corrective actions on all findings
Create ad hoc queries and reports as needed
Report non-compliance cases as per ‘Managing Capability and Discipline Concerns Policy’
Maintain and comply with legal or regulatory reporting calendar
Maintain HR related business metrics
المهارات
Essential
Tertiary level qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related subject area
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification
Proven experience in managing and implementing large SAP SuccessFactors projects from design, through realisation and closure in both local and global landscapes
Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, procurement, and integration
Ability to meet tight schedules and cost targets without compromising business requirements
Strong understanding of business requirements and technical limitations as determined by the organization’s enterprise architecture
Strong knowledge of Talent or HR processes
Able to work with and influence executive level management
Effective leadership, coordination, motivational, negotiation and dispute resolution skills
Customer focused with a consultative style of communication when addressing issues and solutions
Fluent in English

Experience working in the waste management industry
