The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy for the business unit, and advise the talent team and business leadership team on the selection process. You will work closely with line managers to identify key organisational gaps, manage manpower plans and ensure succession planning is completed. You will provide an efficient, effective, professional and comprehensive recruitment service to ensure the best possible candidates are recruited and retained so they are able to deliver excellent outcomes for the business unit. Responsibilities include:
Develop and oversee the recruitment strategy for the business unit. This includes but is not limited to completing an annual manpower forecast and align resources to meet the required targets.
Oversee and deliver on all recruitment needs for the business, this will include blue collar up to senior recruitment
Compile accurate monthly recruitment reports – including cost to hire, attrition rate within 1 year etc.
Working with the HR team develop competencies and job descriptions for all roles
المهارات
At least 5 years recruitment experience
Must have experience within blue collar/ construction/ operational / transport industry sectors
Must have high volume recruitment experience
Ability to deal with a high pressured environment, and manage multiple roles efficiently
Previous agency experience would be an advantage
