Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), the primary role of the Manager, Process Re-engineering is to evaluate the business processes in the organization to completely redesign & the automate/digitize the process. To manage the BPR initiatives by liaising with various business units to implement strategic process transformation projects in order to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency & revenue for the organization. Responsibilities
Analyzing and understanding the end to end business processes
Designing automated process solutions to build best in class processes
Redesign the processes and develop business requirement document to be used by BPM developers
Formulating continuous improvement strategic plan for the assigned business function, leading its execution, setting up targets and achieving financial cost & profit improvement
Responsible to implement business process reengineering life cycle stages which includes
Envision new processes, Initiate change, Process diagnosis, Process redesign, Process monitoring
Identify technology solutions that permeate redesigned lean processes, moving away from legacy structures
Research best practices, industry benchmark, seamless customer experiences and technology to enable process redesign
Incorporate of effective controls framework for all revised processes & reengineering initiatives
Leadership & People Effective change management with all stakeholders across Working
Committees and Steering Committees
Support the training and readiness of functional stakeholders of new processes to ensure that they are competent with the redesigned business process
Build the culture and capability to support continuous process improvement within the organization by acting as an effective change agent.
المهارات
Requirements
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt with proven track record of demonstrating transformational change in a Banking organization
Five to six years of experience, at a minimum, in the role of Senior Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
Experience in independently evaluating E2E business processes for automation & digitization.Experience in providing process expertise for automating end to end processes on BPM platform and using contemporary technology platforms/ applications.
