Engineers under development chapter need to:
Know and understand customers so that they can serve them better
Experiment with emerging technologies
Empower customers, partners and employees with content-rich apps and smart products to help them decide and act in their moments of need
Bridge tomorrow’s innovations with the systems that power the business today
Build products and services that are different from our competitors
Design, implement and deliver high quality applications in accordance with the agreed scope, cost and timeline.
Understand a product’s functionalities and its users.

Analyze business requirements.
Able to distil information into high-level understanding in order to build great products.
Aware of technical and resource constraints of a product.
Alert to technical opportunities that can improve a product.
Size engineering effort based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Able to work cross-functionally with designers, solution architects, product owners, data scientists, and business.
Extensive knowledge of a product lifecycle management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, configuring and maintaining products.
Deep knowledge of a product, its roadmap, competitors, and the relevant industry.
