OCS/COM INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

 Is interfacing with on-site customer (Alstom) and Operator (SERCO), their engineers and subcontractors.
 Act as PIC (Person In Charge) for the enhancement activities.
 Ensure that the subcontractor’s staffs are skilled; filling all the criteria’s of the job they are appointed for.
 Provides technical support and supervision for all installation activities.
 Perform the Post Installation Check Out (PICO) with the customer.
 Supports the planning and scheduling of installation activities in his area.
 Prepares regular status, the progress reports and meeting minutes.
 Prepares problem/action reports and ensures these are processed correctly and communicated to the Installation Manager.
 Ensures all installations are done based on latest site installation drawings, documents, and SW releases.
 Ensures that “as-built” information is recorded as the work progresses and is submitted to project Engineering for updating of documentation.
 Check and receive technical room or areas from civil work. Sign-off room/area reception report.
 Supports site testing during the integration and commissioning periods.
 Ensures that all employees on site (including the subcontractors) comply with the Health and Safety requirements as well as all other applicable safety policies/work instructions.
 Ensure proper use of a Deployment Tool for Installation activities by teams on site.
