Vivenns LLC has been providing educational support services for prospective students seeking tertiary education opportunities in Australia. Job Summary: Looking for an experienced and talented student recruitment officer to convert leads into enrolments Specific Requirements: Telesales/Telemarketing You will also be required to provide input to identify new ways to attract high quality candidates for all courses You will be implementing student recruitment activities to expand the higher education and vocational training prospective students From supplied leads you will need to qualify leads nurture them through their decision path and then convert them into enrolled students Advising prospective students and/or parents on the programs in person/via telephone/emails and guiding them through the enrolment & admission process You will be required to maintain and update CRM with interactions with prospective students. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be well regraded You will be involved in execution of various student recruitment events, activities and exhibitions Providing support to the admissions team as required Job Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor Degree in a Business Discipline 3+ years of experience in sales with proven success of converting leads into sales Education background is preferable Must have effective English language written and oral communication skills Good understand of MS Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work with and in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is required.
