Product teams at Bayzat lie at the intersection of user experience, business and engineering. Product teams are expected to identify opportunities and drive the building of relevant solutions that add value to our users’ lives while creating business value for Bayzat. They are deeply involved in both the Discovery and Delivery phases of the product development cycle. The VP of Product at Bayzat will be responsible for the quality of the product managers’ output, their continuous training and development and refining the overall process. Strong passion for growing and developing people
Ability to manage and mentor a team of product managers and product designers
Ability to build and enhance processes that improve productivity and quality
Identify high-impact improvement areas for individual team members and develop training programs to help them improve
Execution
Own cross-team feature and project prioritization
Assess product development sprints and optimization opportunities
Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables
Bring innovative ideas to the table and push the individual product managers and designers to use First Principles thinking to breed innovation
Ability to understand the overall business strategy and help the team achieve their OKRs
Meet with partners to develop relationships that are conducive to building a great product
Spend time with customers to understand their needs and verify that the teams are focused on the right problems
المهارات
A demonstrated history leading product teams to deliver against ambitious roadmaps
8+ years in Product Management in the technology industry, preferably in the B2B/SaaS space
Experience managing product managers and product designers
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Strong experience with Product Management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, InVision, etc.)
Background in Computer Science is a plus
Experience working with global, distributed teams
5+ years experience building world-class, customer-centric products
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
