Support the team in the development of analysis, document management and tools for ongoing negotiations in the Concessions business. The successful candidate will have a strong competency for contract negotiation in food and beverage and specifically the process of creating / revising contract language to reflect business terms while developing supporting materials to assist in negotiations designed to create value for both parties. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for the ongoing contract management of a select group of vendors and will carry responsibilities through the Expo event. The main responsibilites of the role include: - Support the existing vendor strategy for all Concessions activities and develop plans and documents to assist with the effective implementation of the strategy; - Lead and support the team with the closing of F&B;business contracts, including managing contract revisions, financial negotiations, documentation and other vendor facing interaction; - Supervise the internal approval process to drive agreements to execution state and track and analyse the various service offerings at Expo and reflect on appropriate complimentary provisions should they be needed; - Deliver against approved plans for F&B;, across a variety of styles and locations and effectively manage relationships with key potential contacts and work with finance, procurement and others to ensure a smooth acquisition and management of concessions; - Oversee the management of their assigned F&B;providers / partner through a close connection and effective team, measure results, reports and also coordinate and collaborate with the various Expo entities to ensure all opportunities for multi-party delivery (ie. packages) are successful; - Supports the overall Concessions team in developing creative and innovative solutions for Expo 2020 and leveraging F&B;to deliver on the financial plan; - Support sound financial management and revenue capture from partners and contribute to the overall project completion of the Concessions team, managing risks, issues and reporting; - Act as a leader for the F&B;team and provides clear roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures, regular feedback and guidance. Along with this do staff planning to include recruitment, training and management of internal staff to support the F&B;program.
المهارات
10+ years in F&B;, Concessions or related industry, as well as:
- Experience in a large scale leasing project, development project or mega event is a must;
- Highly skilled communicator, strong presentation development ability;
- Demonstrated track record in project management;
- Excellent MS excel, project and other project software skills;
- Analytical capability, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Working within a team, being a capable contributor in a dynamic environment.
