· Formulate marketing strategies and takes responsibility for implementing them.
· Keep track of market intelligence within buildings/ infrastructure sectors in Middle East countries with respect to market analysis, projects information, competitive activities, customers, etc.
· Manage and evaluate the performance of his/her team and give direction for achieving corporate targets.
· Responsible to distribute leads and prepares BD reports according to policy.
· Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting clients and partners.
· Screen, evaluate and identify potential project information by analyzing company’s market strategies, clients’ background, project requirements, capabilities and financials.
· Manage the tendering process and present relevant project proposals.
· Negotiate and close new business deals.
· Meet and maintain relations with key clients.
المهارات
· Business Development experience (prefer 10 years above) in the engineering and construction( buildings/ infrastructure sectors) with a successful track record of projects and abundant business relationships in Middle East countries (UAE,KSA, IRAQ, QTAR and other countries).
· Excellent English speaking, written and presentation skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree above required (Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration and relevant fields).
· Proven experience in obtaining EPC contracts.
· Adept in scheduling/planning and tracking of project.
· Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers of relevant clients.
· Knowledge of risk assessment and protection planning.
Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
