الوصف الوظيفي
The main job purpose of the Business Development Manager is to identify new patient/client leads and to pitch healthcare services particularly in anti-aging, wellness and aesthetics
· Creates, guides and monitors the development of a clinic, who chooses the direction, train staff, monitor all the process, analyzes statistics results and feedbacks to improve the quality of services and increase sales.
· Explore new sales opportunities within existing portfolio and search new potential customers
· Set and manage meetings to acquire new potential clients
· Attend relevant conferences and events to market the clinic services
· Achieve sales target as set by the GM on a quarterly and/or yearly basis
· Ensure an effective healthcare delivery to clients/patients and ensure issues are resolve on a timely manner
· Proactively follow the new trends and come up with ideas then present them to GM with all the necessary info - calculations about the cost, investments, prices, research on competitors and so on.
· Manage records and maintain customer profile including keeping track of key decision makers
Uphold an image of the clinic being the trusted medical services provider to clients through efficient working relationships and regular client interaction
