Progressive Engineering is exclusively working with a Multinational Building Contractor to support their recruitment of appointing a new Senior Commercial & Contracts professional (VP) to work in UAE.
The client in question is tier 1 building contractor with a large presence in Europe, Africa and Middle East. They focus on main contract awards of Building construction projects. They are a diverse & multicultural organisation across the departments however they do lean towards commercial expats who have been educated and worked in the UK and Middle East.
The job will be reporting into the Managing Director and owner of the company.The position will be overseeing all Commercial aspects related to their building construction projects internationally. (ME & Africa and parts of Europe depending)This is a permanent opportunity for a commercial professional who might be in his early 50’s looking to join a company until retirement.The experience of the candidate they would be looking for must come from a tier 1 contractor, relevant commercial experience on Building construction and have a solid ability to manage & guide a business from a commercial, contracts, claims and possibility even arbitration.
We would be looking at a start date around early 2020 depending on the availability.
