QUALIFICATIONS ISO 9001:2015 - QMS Foundation (IRCA 2001) - QMS Internal Auditor (IRCA 2180) - QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor (IRCA 2245) OHSAS 18001:2007 - Introduction to OHSMS - OHSMS Internal Auditor - First Aid & Fire Fighting Course. ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 14001:2015 EMS Awareness - EMS Internal Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 - Integrated Management Systems - IMS Internal Auditor EXPERIENCE - ISO certified - Experience in operational audits - Experience in business process analysis, SOP’s, process design and mapping - Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft video - 6-7 year experience with one of the big 10 auditing firms ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To manage the activities of the Quality Assurance Function & EHS in accordance with the requirements of company and standards Requirements. 2. In consultation with all staff to lead the development, implementation and review of the IMS to ensure Regulatory requirements are met and best practice is achieved. 3. To participate in training a team of skilled staff and to promote healthy working relationships within the organization. 4. To actively participate in and promote continuing education activities consistent with the position. 5. Management of the controlled documentation and change control activities. 6. Writing, revision and review of IMS and Batch Release Procedures. 7. Management/ performance of the Internal Audit Program. 8. Management of training traceable to the Training Plan. 9. Setting up and maintaining Procedures. 10. Review and monitoring of Maintenance/Calibration Programmes for equipment and utilities done by service department/Warehouse. 11. Management and review non-conforming events including, incident & accident reports & handling customer complaints and internal non-conforming events. 12. Management of archived documentation. 13. Chairperson of (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) Quality Assurance & EHS meetings and Annual Management Review Meetings and providing reports as required to the Senior Management, Directors. 14. Perform induction training of new staff (IMS Training).
