Ø Act as a single point of contact for internal customers
Ø Support internal customers in achieving their Business Goals
Ø Help HR COE’s to deliver state-of-the-art HR Processes
Ø Provide feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives
Ø Lead change management projects
Ø Act as the project manager for large cross-functional change management projects
Ø Ensure quality throughout the hiring and succession planning process.
Ø Build a culture change, in terms of employee engagement and understand employee satisfaction leading to turnover rate reductions & in developing leaders
Ø Develop succession plans & manage the performance management cycle
Ø Being the contributing team member of HR Projects
Ø Design cross-functional development programs in cooperation with COE L&D;Ø Keep HR processes in full compliance with the legal & regulatory framework
Ø Design robust succession pipelines and support the talent management
Ø Act as independent advisor for employees in tough situations
Ø Ensure deployment and execution of all HR programs, policies and process in all the BUs under coverage
Ø Be responsible in developing the Manpower Planning in respect of managers and workers in consonance with the organization structure templates, job classification and bands and in line with the business plans and budgets.
Ø Timely Recruitment for vacant positions in view of anticipated attrition and contract terminations Induction of Graduate Trainees to build talent pipeline Ensure full compliance with the Law/Code of Conduct/Ethic Policy by all employees. Ensure the contractual performance for Housekeeping, Residence camps, transportation, security, including welfare measures at an optimum cost
Ø Maintain productive relationship with Labor, Health, Police, and Municipality
Ø Be a role model, coach, mentor the team
Ø Full implementation of Values, Vision and Policies
المهارات
Work experience requirement: -From 6 to 8 years of experience in Generalist position handling all HR functions
-Managed all HR functions in a manufacturing/ FMCG environment for minimum 3 years.
- Recruitment experience in UAE and Outside UAE
- Blue collars experience (hiring and managing)
- Experience in HR operations, Employee engagement and Contract management.
- Factory Management -Strong understanding of local labor laws -Experience of working in multi geographies/multi cultural environment, understanding the culture and local practice -Hands-on experience of running the entire human resources function for both white and blue colored employees in a manufacturing and/or FMCG business for minimum 3 Years Qualification Minimum under graduate, preferable an MBA in HR from a recognized university
